Terms & Conditions

All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@localhost

Cancellation request must be received 3 hours prior to pick up to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice, will be charged a minimum $100.00 cancellation fee for transfers and a minimum $200.00 for any hourly/as directed reservations.

Hourly Charters 

The hours stipulated at the time of booking will be deemed as chargeable hours. There are no refunds time not used.

Overtime

If your charter goes over the requested end time, the Overtime rate will apply: If the overtime exceeds 15 minutes, the charge will be for a full 30 minutes. If the overtime exceeds 30 minutes, the charge will be for a full hour. For domestic flights there is a 30-minute waiting grace period and a 1-hour for international flights.

Seating Capacity

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

No Smoking/Vaping Allowed 

If smoking/vaping occurs in a vehicle, the service will be terminated, no refund will be issued, and an additional fee ($500) will be applied. This applies to cigarettes, Cigars, cannabis, and vaping devices.

Alcohol Policy 

Alcohol is permitted for parties that are 21 years and older. If you have any person in your party under the age of 21, we will not allow any alcohol to enter the vehicle due to liability issues.

Others

NO DRUGS! Please remember, “Even if it’s “legal” outside the vehicle, it’s illegal inside the vehicle!” Mature behavior is expected of all passengers while they are in the vehicle. This allows the driver to concentrate on operating the vehicle. Hanging out of windows, moon roofs, opening doors, or throwing any type of items and/or trash out of the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any of the above-listed actions can result in immediate termination of the service with no refund. This includes so called “recreational drugs”.

LOST & FOUND – Dart Limousines, LLC. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left in our vehicles. Should any guests lose personal belongings while using the service, if recovered, the item will be recorded as ‘found’. Dart Limousines, LLC. will keep records of all ‘found’ items and will make a reasonable effort to contact the organizer/booker/client if an item is left on board a vehicle. If required to ship any lost item(s), shipping cost will be the responsibility of the owner of said item. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within thirty (30) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.

GRATUITY – Standard gratuity is already included, but additional gratuities will be graciously accepted for great service.

Cleaning Fees: In case of any involuntary consequences of car sickness or the like, a minimum $100 fee will be charged.

Dart Limousines, LLC. terms and conditions may be changed at any time, without notice thereof, by updating this information. Additional charges for bridge tolls, parking and overtime, etc. may apply.

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles with like type vehicles if necessary.
